Completion certificates or credentials are awarded solely at our discretion based on fulfillment of specified course requirements. Certificates do not constitute accredited degrees or formal qualifications unless explicitly stated.
6. Payment and Refunds

Course prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment at the prices in effect when charges are incurred.

6.3 Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarimenlivo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred currency units, whichever is greater.

13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account closure features available on our platform. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds for unused portions of paid services.
13.2 Termination by Us

13.3 Effect of Termination

16.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
