We typically respond within 2-4 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). If you contact us after hours or during weekends, expect a reply on the next business day.
Absolutely. Just mention your preferred times when you submit the form, and we'll arrange a phone or video call. This works especially well for discussing custom training programs or technical questions.
For teams in the Emalahleni area, we can arrange in-person meetings at our office. For clients elsewhere in South Africa, we've found that video calls work just as well and save everyone travel time.

When we're available
Our support team works regular business hours, but course materials and recordings are accessible anytime. Students often study outside these hours and get answers the next morning.
